Lost in the Snow

It’s all white from the head to the toe,

The soft cotton, the frozen wind that blows

Slippery floor and the highway white dozed

The fool of me, I ran on the ice and dropped on my nose

Stuck in the melting ice, life seems cold yet wise

Few drops of rum and a pack of menthol light

An estimated years of breathing, counting that would suffice

Who cares, I am lost in the snow, roaming around with the snow white

And here we sit in California in 70 degree paradise. The shame of it all. 🙂
